We want you to feel confident trying vivi. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • No physical return is required. Products should be responsibly disposed of or recycled

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of Vivi toothpaste.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Items purchased through third-party marketplaces

  • Orders flagged for repeated or abusive refund behavior

Refund Processing
