We want you to feel confident trying vivi. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase of one tube of vivi, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. (BUNDLES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE)

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

• No physical return is required. Products should be responsibly disposed of or recycled

• Must purchase a single tube of vivi, BUNDLES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE 

This guarantee applies to a NON-BUNDLE first-time purchases of Vivi toothpaste. 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Items purchased through third-party marketplaces

• Orders flagged for repeated or abusive refund behavior

In your email, please include:

• Your order number

• The product you’re requesting a refund for

• A brief note about your experience

Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
